LUIA SOLARI OTERO
Degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Peru. Former member of the Diplomatic Service of the Republic.
He has worked in Latin America, North America, Europe and Africa.
In Peru, he has worked at the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation.
In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he has worked for a long period on political and diplomatic issues, especially in the areas of Asia and the Pacific.
He has been Director of the Offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the following Departments: Tumbes, Piura and Amazonas; where he has worked with the local and regional governments of those Departments, setting up several commissions and working meetings with special attention to development and projection abroad and other areas such as economic, commercial, cultural and tourism promotion.

DAVID UTRILLA
David Utrilla studied economics and international business in Peru and the United States. In 1995 he founded U.S. Translation Company and currently serves as its CEO. Along with his company, he has received multiple awards, including Best of Utah, six times on the Inc. 500/5000 list of the fastest growing companies in the United States, one of the 100 fastest growing companies in Utah according to Mountain West Capital Network and Small Business Person of the Year by the SBA. He has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford University and the University of Washington.
He has received multiple awards from universities, chambers of commerce and the state of Utah for his business success and contributions to the community. He holds chairmanships and serves on fifteen boards of directors, including corporations, financial institutions, universities, non-profit organizations and international organizations. In 2009 he was appointed by the President of Peru as Honorary Consul of Peru in Utah ending his term in December 2023.

Is a dynamic global business consultant with a multifaceted background in leadership, psychology, and international development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, an MA in Global Affairs and Management, and an MBA in Global Business. Currently, she's pursuing a Doctorate of Professional Practice in Global Leadership and Management at Thunderbird, further honing her expertise in global leadership strategies.

ENRIQUE VILLAR-GAMBETTA
Over the last eighteen years, I have worked in various roles such as Advisor, Director, and Chairman within Non-profit Organizations, focusing on Education, International Trade, and Relations between states. My background as a Peruvian Lawyer in Business and International Relations has supported these efforts.
In International Trade, I contributed to incorporating the State of Oklahoma into the Public Procurement Chapter of the Free Trade Agreement between the USA and Peru. In Education, I helped establish agreements for student exchanges between the USA and foreign universities.
I have also been involved in integrating multinational companies into their target business countries and organizing international trade missions. Over time, I have developed a network of contacts across private companies in the United States and several Latin American countries.
Additionally, my experience extends to political analysis in LATAM, Immigration, and Human Rights, which require analytical, lobbying, diplomatic, and negotiation skills.
These skills are also part of my responsibilities as Consul AH in the State of Oklahoma.

Visual artist and Peruvian singer-songwriter. She has been working lately in London, Mexico and Peru. Places where she has studied: School of Fine Arts in Piura – Peru. “Esmeralda” School of Fine Artes – Mexico. Draw Brighton Studio in Brighton – England.
Mili Vega has been developing her artistic activities concurrently and alternately between painting, sculpture and music through several individual and collective art exhibitions and concerts in prestigious museums and venues such as: José Luis Cuevas Museum, Arcadio Pagaza Museum, Palacio Postal Venue in Mexico City, Acuarela Museum, Querétaro Contemporary Art Museum in the Senate of the Republic of Mexico City and the Embassy of Peru in London.
She is the author, composer and performer of the theme song of the video “Piura al Mundo”, an initiative of the Regional Government of Piura (PERU), as well as of the song “Somos Piura”, part of her record album entitled “Esencia”.
She has represented her country in several Peace Art Festivals and International Biennials in Peru, Mexico and Panama. She has also cooperated with plastic arts for auctions arranged by different private assistance foundations, etc.

JORGE AYON IDROGO
Lawyer from Universidad de Piura – UDEP (University of Piura) with more than 16 years of experience as a lawyer providing legal advice in the public sector and working in public management regarding different areas of the administrative and functional systems that regulate the public administration of Peru such as the National Decentralized System for Non-Refundable International Cooperation (SINDCINR for its acronym in Spanish).
He is a specialist in the management of customs clearance of donated goods from abroad.
He has been part of the advisory team for the senior management of the Regional Government of Piura regarding port decentralization and social license for the promotion of investments in the modernization of the Paita Port Terminal.
He has also participated as representative of the Regional Government of Piura for the Management Committee in charge of the Paita Special Development Zone (known formerly as CETICOS Paita).
LILIANA KARLA SOBERÓN FURUTANI
Graduated as professional attorney, she has performed as legal representative of the NGO Water Mission Peru in the office of the Piura Region - Peru. She was in charge of administration, coordination and training of Community Development in field work in rural communities on sustainable projects related to safe water and adequate sanitation.
She completed postgraduate studies in Conflict Resolution with specialization in extrajudicial Conciliation, and also holds a Graduate Degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources.
Member of The Rotary Foundation's Technical Assistants for audits of Rotary club projects in Latin America in the following areas: Community Development, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, and Peace and Conflict Prevention with experience in community needs assessment, Planning and Project Development in the Piura Region for 10 years.
Member of Rotary Club Chiclayo Sur. Currently president of the District Committee of the D - 4465 Rotary Foundation. She currently performs as a private attorney and project advisor in different regions of the country.
